Anterior Servikal Diskektomi ve Füzyon Uygulanan Hastalarda Kemik Mineral Yoğunluğunun Füzyon ve Fiksasyon Üzerine Etkisi

Conclusion Nowadays, most suitable intervention considered approach midline hernias. This intervention, which can performed or without situation decided according patient's stability problem. It concluded that autograft, allograft, cage plate-screw application require comparison long-term follow-up. Moreover, examinations, if there flattening kyphotic deformity inclination spine sagittal plane, it difficult correct spondylotic spine, has been fused places posterior increases existing deformity, making decompression impossible.
